Lulus Lovely Dress Thats Too
Small!
A funny and touching true story that every parent
can relate to about a day when Lulu had outgrown her most favorist
dress if you have ever wanted to pull your hair out by 8:00 a.m.
then you will want this book! Lulu, as usual, teaches her mother what is truly
important.
The end of the story Lulu and Gretchan give her lovely
dress way. A gift of Love is never too small. Gretchan has
partnered withGiftsToGive, a
SouthCoast non-profit, student powered, community organization. GiftsToGive is
all about giving children a tangible/immediate/sustainable opportunity to work
for social justice. Students actually "do" the work through their programs of:
service learning, positive action, community organizing and our favorite;
working a "shift" in their refurbished New Bedford mill, processing and
assembling no-charge gift packages for in-need south coast kids. Best of all;
GiftsToGive is about showing children that they can share their treasure
and in their doing, experience the power of giving.

Lulu Foundation
Empower a child and change the
world!
The mission of the Lulu Foundation is to empower children who have suffered. We
believe that every child is special and powerful and deserves the right to feel
that way. It is through positive energy and the arts that we allow children the
opportunity to explore their special gift and unleash the power within. It is
in the creative process that healing takes place.
Our current education
system is taking away the very process that allows children to expand and
become the creators of tomorrow. It is through teaming and the hands-on
creative process that children become motivated and inspired to work hard and
are allowed to manifest their dreams into reality.
Lulus books and media tools inspire children to believe
in themselves and unleash the beautiful power within. We partner artist of all
kinds with inner city schools and organizations who serve at risk youth with
project Dream, Believe and
DO! A mantra, a philosophy, and a movement, Dream,
Believe and Do! inspires school systems and organizations to manifest
a collective dream using the arts to make world a more beautiful place! The
Alfred J. Gomes Elementary School in New Bedford, MA is our
flagship school and is located in New Bedford, Ma.

"Gretchen is one of those rare inspiring soles
that you might have the honor to meet once in your lifetime. Despite a horrific
tragedy, she is one of the most grounded, caring, committed people that I have
had the pleasure of getting to know. She has turned a life altering event into
a mission and a program "Dream, Believe and Do!" that helps people
see the value in life and to reach for their rainbow! Go
Gretchen!"

About us:Lulu Belle
Books is on a mission to make the world a more beautiful place by
spreading Lulu's messages of love, hope and happiness. We believe that children
have important things to say and if we slow down long enough to really listen,
we will learn what is most important in life; to savor each moment, cherish
time spent with loved ones: dare to look at the world through the eyes of your
child because spending time with your child and seeing the world with their
beautiful vision is the best gift you can receive or give!
To
everyone who has sent us an email, bought a
book, stood in line at our book signings or simply read about the Pyne
family and shared kind words: A big "Thank You" goes out to each and
everyone of you. We want to express our gratitude for sharing your
stories with us and letting us know how Lulu has changed your life for the
better. We believe Lulu lives on in all people when they share her rose colored
vision. Words cant express what this has meant to the Pyne family. Olivia
Lynn Lulu Pyne shines on in every smile.
